The ultimate bachelor party checklist
If you are planning a bachelor party for your soon-to-be-married buddy, you might be feeling a little overwhelmed. Where do you start? What needs to be done? There is no need to stress; we have compiled this bachelor party checklist to make it easier for you to focus on the fun stuff.
Bachelor Party Checklist
Check and confirm the guest list with the groom and make sure that everyone is easily contactable via text or email. This will make sure that everyone will remain on the same page and that no one will miss out on any important details.
Find a date and time that works well for all of the guests. This can prove to be a difficult task, so start planning early to make this easier on you.
Work out an approximate budget. The bachelor should not have to pay his way so organize with the other guests how much everyone can honestly spend and work your budget out from there.
If you are travelling out of town, make sure to book all travel tickets, hotel rooms before it is too late and things are already booked out. Make sure that the groomsmen and other guests also book their travel tickets.
If the groom would like adult entertainment such as strippers, make sure to book these lovely ladies in advance. Just like everything else, strippers can also be booked out so make sure you pre-book.
It’s important to make sure that everyone chips in for the groom’s expenses. The groom should not have to pay for anything.
Do your research. Wherever you are planning to have your big bachelor party bash, make sure that you do adequate research. Where are the best restaurants? Bars? Strip clubs? Know this in advance and it will save you trouble later on.
Create a loose agenda. Obviously plans change and it’s important to follow the grooms lead, but make sure everyone knows where you are meeting up and when you will be eating etc.
Arrange for transport so no one has to even think about drinking and driving. Don’t let anyone drink and drive, nothing will ruin a bachelor party (and a wedding) faster than someone being seriously injured or killed.
Hopefully this bachelor party checklist will give you something to think about and help you to get started on planning an epic bachelor party that you and your friends will be talking about for years to come. If you follow our checklist, everyone should have the time of their lives. The most important things to remember are to make sure the groom has the time of his life and that everyone is safe. Everything else is just logistics!
